With the rapid response and in-depth collaboration of the Yonyou team, after multiple rounds of comparison, selection, and Proof of Concept (POC) among numerous local and international vendors, the GYS Procurement Cloud Project ultimately chose  YonBIP Premium Edition, kicking off its journey of procurement digital and intelligent transformation. Focusing on the entire "Sourcing-to-Contract" process, the project has built a procurement management system covering multiple scenarios and dimensions through the deployment and customized development of four core modules.

A central breakthrough came from the Global Sourcing and Intelligent Price Comparison System. Given GYS’s dual business model—local scrap steel procurement alongside cross-border iron ore imports—Yonyou BIP Procurement Cloud integrated multiple quotation methods, supporting CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), FOB (Free on Board), and other international pricing terms. An innovative combined bidding function was also developed, enabling refined price comparison across multiple materials within a single tender. This customization, aligned with Indonesia’s local procurement logic, not only bridged differences from domestic models but also empowered GYS to identify the most competitive suppliers globally with greater efficiency.

The launch of a Supplier Collaboration Portal fundamentally transformed GYS’s supplier management. By consolidating previously fragmented communication channels, the platform now connects nearly 100 local and multinational suppliers in a unified digital platform—covering RFQs, bidding, contract signing, and invoice processing. Built-in modules for supplier qualification verification and dynamic performance evaluation have further equipped GYS with a systematic supplier governance framework, strengthening its ability to mitigate risks across a complex global supply chain.
