近日，基于用友BIP打造的AI智能能源調(diào)度與協(xié)同優(yōu)化平臺(tái)（EMS）項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)在匈牙利萬(wàn)華寶思德化學(xué)公司順利舉行。萬(wàn)華寶思德化學(xué)（BorsodChem）、用友歐洲（Yonyou Europe）及陽(yáng)光電源（Sungrow）等項(xiàng)目相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及核心團(tuán)隊(duì)成員共同出席會(huì)議，正式啟動(dòng)EMS平臺(tái)建設(shè)工作。
On June 1, 2026, the EMS (Energy Management System) project, based on the AI-powered energy forecasting and collaborative optimization platform developed on YonBIP, was officially launched at BorsodChem in Hungary. Senior executives and core project team members from BorsodChem, Yonyou Europe, and SunGrow attended the kick-off meeting and jointly initiated the EMS implementation project.

The meeting was chaired by Brad Wang, CIO of Wanhua BorsodChem. Jason Zhu, Head of Delivery at Yonyou Europe ABU, presented the overall project scope and implementation plan. Focusing on Intelligent Energy Management
to Build an Integrated EMS Platform

The EMS platform project was jointly planned and launched by BorsodChem, Yonyou Europe, and SunGrow iCarbon. Leveraging the YonBIP digital intelligence platform, together with BC’s advanced chemical industry expertise and SunGrow iCarbon’s capabilities in energy management and collaborative optimisation, the project aims to address multiple energy scenarios, including electricity, steam, and natural gas. Through intelligent system scheduling and AI-based forecasting capabilities, the platform will optimize overall energy costs and improve energy utilization efficiency.

基于生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃及電價(jià)預(yù)測(cè)，對(duì)用電負(fù)荷進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)，并制定最優(yōu)HUPX日前市場(chǎng)（DAM）及日內(nèi)市場(chǎng)（IDM）交易計(jì)劃，實(shí)現(xiàn)能源組合價(jià)值最大化。
Based on production schedules and electricity price forecasts, the system will forecast power demand and generate optimal trading strategies for the HUPX DAM and IDM, maximising the value of the overall energy portfolio.
電力Balance控制與優(yōu)化/ Power Balance Control and Optimisation
通過實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控及自動(dòng)化控制，對(duì)光伏（PV）、儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)（BESS）、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)（GT）等設(shè)備進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一調(diào)度，維持電力系統(tǒng)平衡，降低因電力不平衡帶來(lái)的額外成本。
Through real-time monitoring and automated control, the project will enable coordinated dispatch of PV, BESS, GT, and other energy assets, maintaining power system balance while minimizing additional costs associated with energy imbalance.
輔助服務(wù)能力建設(shè)/ Ancillary Services Capability Development
幫助BC具備向匈牙利國(guó)家電網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商MAVIR提供輔助服務(wù)（aFRR/mFRR）的能力，通過靈活能源資產(chǎn)參與電網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)，進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)造新的收益來(lái)源。
The project will support BorsodChem in establishing the capability to provide ancillary services (aFRR/mFRR) to Hungary’s transmission system operator, MAVIR. By leveraging flexible energy assets to participate in grid balancing services, the company will be able to unlock new revenue streams.
能源交易效率與自動(dòng)化（ETRM）提升/ Enhanced Energy Trading Efficiency and Automation (ETRM)
實(shí)現(xiàn)HUPX日前/日內(nèi)交易、MAVIR負(fù)荷更新及月度結(jié)算等流程自動(dòng)化，減少人工操作與人為失誤，顯著提升能源運(yùn)營(yíng)與交易管理效率。
The solution will automate key operational processes, including HUPX day-ahead and intraday trading, MAVIR load updates, and monthly settlement procedures. This will significantly reduce manual effort and human error while improving the overall efficiency of energy operations and trading management.

As photovoltaic and energy storage facilities gradually come into operation, BorsodChem faces increasing demands for energy forecasting, intelligent scheduling, real-time decision-making, and refined operational management. After more than a year of research, solution evaluation, and multi-party assessment, BorsodChem ultimately selected Yonyou Europe and Sungrow iCarbon as partners, leveraging the complementary strengths of all three parties in digital platforms, energy management technologies, and industrial application expertise.
The company expects the project team to build on previous collaboration experience, ensure high-quality delivery and a smooth go-live, and continuously enhance the energy management system through deeper integration of business needs, operational scenarios, and localized practices.
